  • Oshala, known as Love Root, is a cleansing aromatic with an affinity to the lungs. As we breathe, the plant's aromatics disinfect our lungs and open our respiratory airways.

    The idea behind using Love Root is to allow our lungs to push love out into the universe through the words that we speak, giving energy and vibrancy to our expression.

    Mullein, also having an affinity to the lungs, holds the structure for that expression to remain strong, clear, and fluid— much like the energy of Saturn.

    As wildfire smoke becomes more and more prevalent each year, our lungs yearn for alleviation. Mullein has long been used to treat any sort of lung ailment for many years in these coniferous-dominant ecosystems. Because of that, we are inspired by indigenous communities for having known best— especially after using these plants for ourselves and feeling the magnitude of their importance.
